What Others Have To Share...
When my husband was transferred from independent living at our retirement community to a nursing facility Vanessa Hahn took over as his primary care provider. She wanted to get to know him as a person not just a patient. His time at the nursing facility under her care, unfortunately was not long, but very kind and professional. I felt relieved that there was someone to come and visit him there rather than trying to get a timely appointment on the outside. After my husband's passing I decided to also join Vanessa's Concierge service and have a health care advocate who would come to me and get to know the whole person.
I have been very pleased with our arrangement. So nice to know someone is just a phone call and always available.

Changing to Hahn Health for my father's care was such a good decision. I contacted Vanessa when my father was told his previous PCP was no longer available. She answered my email that same day and then came to visit him the next day. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and caring. My father felt comfortable with her immediately. No longer do we have to wait (and wait) for an appointment or a returned call. My father is in an extended care facility and Vanessa comes to see him in his room. The staff there have told me how she gets back to them so quickly. I highly recommend Hahn Health. It is evident that Vanessa is passionate about giving personalized, loving and expert medical care. My siblings and I have so much peace of mind knowing our father is in good hands!

I'm so glad we found Hahn Health! My 81-year-old mom needed a new PCP in the Lakes Region this spring, and I was able to schedule an initial visit with Vanessa quickly.
